How long does it take for my item to ship?

Once your order is submitted, I will contact you if it is not an immediate ship.  Custom pieces with character selections can take 3-4 weeks to ship.  I do keep some items in stock and can ship those items immediately.

How do I order the personalized items?

To order a personalized item you need to select "Character Selections" from the navigation bar on the left side of the screen.  Depending on the piece you are ordering, you select the clothes, hair style, pet, and hair color from the Character Selections .  Your character selections, names, and any details can be typed in the Comment Section in the Shipping and Payment Information once you proceed to the Checkout.  I will contact you with any questions.

Are the items food safe?

Only the items that mention food safe in the item description are recommended for use with food .  All items are fully glazed and lead-free.  They are not recommended for serving pieces, simply because I do use many 3 dimensional addtions which will chip easily.  The items are ceramic, not stoneware, so they are more fragile.

How do you ship?

All items are shipped UPS Ground.
